The Rules
1) If you are bringing a motor home, there will be
Free overnight parking at the fairgrounds. No electricity or water will be
available.
2) Vendors, set up time will be the Saturday before
the show date from 12 Noon to 6 PM or on Sunday, the day of show, from 6
AM to 6:15 AM.
3) If vendor is not checked in by 6:15 AM on show
date, the space may be reassigned with no refund.
4)Vendors will be allowed a total of 10%
reproductions displayed, unless you are selling gas pump restoration
items.
5) All reproductions must be marked "REPRODUCTION".
6) All items must be petroleum or advertising
related.
7) Two persons allowed including vendor.
8) No alcohol is allowed.
9) No dogs or pets of any kind are allowed, except
seeing eye companions.
10) Saturday night, prior to the show date, the
building will be locked with guards on duty.
11) All vendors must clear their space when leaving
and must stay for the advertised hours of the show.
12) Cancellations of space will be one half of space
cost until 30 days prior to show date. After that date, there will be no
refunds.
13) Admission fee is $5.00 per person, Saturday Buyer
Fee is $50.00 per person.
